So to all of my patrons that have experienced over the winter, a sub standard french fry I know they were hard seemed raw, but after being home now for several weeks, I realized that the supplier switched my potato out. I’m back to the original potato, and the fries are looking and tasting great if you stop coming because of the fries. Give us another shot. You won’t be disappointed
