This document is for all customers who are curious about our new rules and regulations as we re-open during this challenging time to ensure confidence and trust while in our establishment. Please be patient with our staff as we navigate through these changing new rules. We are doing our very best to keep everyone healthy and happy. If you have any concerns regarding our staff, procedures, or anyth
ing of the like, please let us know! It is a lot harder to respond to concerns posted to review sites and social media two or three days after an issue has come up! The health and safety of our staff and our customers is our #1 priority. We are providing sanitizing stations throughout the restaurant. One at the entrance, one at the exit, in all washrooms and by our staff sink. All staff understand that they are to stay home if they have any signs of illness, and additionally they will be pre-screened for health at the beginning of each shift. If anyone is showing any signs of sickness, they will be sent home immediately. Our staff will do their best to keep a safe distance while providing service. Therefore, food and beverages will be placed at the end of the table to avoid servers reaching across customers. We ask that a member of your table distribute the beverages and food to the rest of the table from there. Our entire staff will be wearing gloves at all times. Washrooms will be sanitized hourly or more with a check list to ensure documentation. Doors, door handles, walls, and general areas of use will be sanitized frequently. Tables and chairs will be sanitized after each use. Debit machines will be sanitized after each use. Kitchen staff will be gloved at all times around and during food preparation. Sanitizing food areas will continue as normal with added frequency. There will be no sharing of knives or tools of any sort and each employee will be assigned the items they are required for their shift and station on a daily basis. This may result in slightly longer wait times for meals. Your patience is deeply appreciated. There will be designated entrance and exit doors to avoid crossover contact. We ask that you respect social distancing and wait for others to pass. Servers will have designated entrance and exits to the kitchen for food pickup. We have one staff member strictly dedicated to cleaning and sanitizing. Our servers will be devoting their time to customers, food, and beverages. At this time, our menus will be a one time use, until we can safely provide sanitized menus. Condiments will no longer be set on tables, but available in single use disposable containers upon request. If you have suggestions that cost be of help to our staff or guests, or any safety concerns, please let the manager on shift know! We would like to give a deep and heartfelt thank you to our valued customers for their support and understanding through this difficult and challenging time.
