A whole pork shoulder from our local friends at The Butcher's Block , seasoned here at RRco and slow-roasted until it’s fall-apart tender and ready to pull.

Then we load it onto fresh sourdough from Honey Grove Bakery with aged cheddar, tangy dill pickles and a rich, sweet & spicy gochujang sauce, then grill it golden and melty. 🔥
