One year ago, we opened the doors to TriCity Pavilion with a vision: a destination for the Tri-Cities community and a living microcosm of TriCity Central.

Since then, TriCity Pavilion has become a gathering place woven into the fabric of the Coquitlam community, welcoming over 300,000 guests from across the Tri-Cities and beyond. From cultural programming to elevated hospitality from nemesis.coffee and Gigi’s, TriCity Pavilion is a place for connection from day to night.

We look forward to continuing to bring the community together.

We’re supporting Coquitlam’s ambition to be the first Zero Waste Food City in Canada. And it starts with businesses making thoughtful choices every day. 

At Gigi’s, that means finding ways to use more of every ingredient, reducing unnecessary waste, and encouraging leftovers to be enjoyed at home. Vegetable and beef trims are turned into stocks, prosciutto ends lend depth to sauces, and every ingredient is considered for what it can bring to the table.

As part of that commitment, $1 from every order of Gigi’s signature meatballs is donated to Check the posts to support their work reducing food waste across the Tri-Cities.
