Happy Friday! Yesterday I made my favourite Meatball recipe since I had some Ground Pork thawed. It’s called Secret Ingredient Italian Meatballs. So easy to put together and I even got to use fresh basil and parsley from my newly planted garden. These meatballs are baked for 20 minutes and then set into a bath of your favourite marinara sauce heated thoroughly. I didn’t even bother making pasta as I could not stop eating them just as they are. I froze about 16 in bags of 2 instead of putting in the sauce. Ready for another quick dinner.
