What’s essential to make delicious Taiwanese beef noodle soup? We carefully select Canada A or higher beef. The best part of beef shank, Digital Muscle, known for its lean, high protein quality and marble-like texture with full of collagen. 💪

Slow-braised to perfection, the connective tissue gently breaks down, creating a tender, “bouncy” texture that soaks up every bit of our beef bone broth. 🍜

Invite your loved ones today to come enjoy a bowl of Taiwanese beef noodle soup prepared with quality and care. ❤️
