We are excited to get some fresh BC halibut in the coming weeks and feature it as the main course of our new tasting menus.

Pan seared BC halibut on smooth fennel cream, accompanied by golden fondant potatoes. Bright pops of briny ikura and a delicate dill oil brings balance, while preserved lemon adds a whisper of citrus for a bright finish.
