A very busy weekend working up at HMCS Quadra, serving the Sea Cadets and Air Cadets!
997 meals over 3 days. Lots of happy young mouths fed. We service the Cadets throughout the off season and it is definitely one of our most fun and enjoyed contracts.

Do you maintain your wooden tools? A butcher block oil, does more than just your cutting boards. Wood handles, wood tools, can dry out with use and constant washing, a good conditioning oil can keep your tools hydrated, and longer lasting, as well as providing a barrier against bacteria buildup. It is suggested to treat your tools monthly, with hand washing with hot soapy water between uses.

Rock and Gem show this weekend, at the Comox Valley Curling Centre! So many vendors, over 50!! The Concession will be open 9-5 Sat and Sunday, the show opens 10-5, $4 door fee, so come on down!!
