We will be closed today, Wednesday, October 7th, for an appointment.

Our hours for the rest of this week will be:

❤️ WE’RE REOPENING! ❤️

We know we’ve been closed longer than usual, so we wanted to finally explain what’s been going on.

The past few weeks have been really difficult for us. My mom, who is the main part of the business, became seriously ill and ended up in the hospital with a major infection. What started as an illness turned into a much more serious situation that required hospitalization, surgery's, and ongoing treatment and monitoring.

Because of everything going on, we had to put the pizza place on hold for a little while. We know a lot of you have been wondering when we would be back, and we’re sorry for the uncertainty.

We’re happy to say that we’ll be reopening this Wednesday, September 23rd at 4:00 PM! 🍕❤️

For now, we’ll be starting back with reduced hours. This week's hours will be:

🍕 Wednesday: 4:00–7:00 PM
🍕 Thursday: 4:00–7:00 PM
🍕 Friday: 4:00–8:00 PM

We will be posting weekly hours on Facebook.

These hours will be temporary while we get everything back up and running. We’ll let everyone know when we’re able to add more days and hours.

We really appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we’ve been dealing with everything. Thank you to everyone who has checked in, asked about Mom, sent messages, or continued to support us. It truly means a lot. ❤️ Carole will still be recovering but will be back to work as soon as she is able and cleared to do so.

We’re looking forward to getting back to making your pizzas and seeing everyone again!

Temporary Closure Update ❤️🍕

We wanted to let everyone know that, unfortunately, we will be temporarily closed. My mom’s health has gotten worse. We are currently waiting on appointments and further medical care, and right now our family needs to focus on getting her the care she needs.

We want to reassure everyone that this is only a temporary closure. Once things settle down, we will be sitting down and looking at everything carefully and making the necessary adjustments to ensure we can continue moving forward in a way that works for our family, our customers, and the business.

This has been a difficult couple of years for our family, and we truly appreciate everyone who has continued to support us, be patient with us, and choose to support our little pizza place. ❤️

We will keep everyone updated and let you know as soon as we have a better idea of when we'll be reopening.

Unfortunately, we will be closed tonight and tomorrow. Carole has been unwell, and while I’ve been able to manage Wednesday and Thursday on my own, Fridays and Saturdays are much busier. As much as I hate to admit it, I’m not able to manage the weekend solo. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s understanding.

Update

Hi everyone,

We apologize for being closed over the last few days.

Unfortunately, I came down with a bug, and then my mom (Carole) caught it too. I'm feeling much better now, and thankfully mom is starting to feel better.

As a two-person team working with food, we simply can't prepare and serve pizzas while we're sick. As much as we hate being closed, the health and safety of our customers (and ourselves) has to come first.

We're hoping to re-open tomorrow at 4:00 p.m.

Closed Today

Unfortunately, we won't be opening today.

Our dog ( Henry) has become quite sick and requires a veterinary procedure under sedation. We need to be with him afterward to monitor his recovery. With the continued heat, we've made the difficult decision to remain closed today.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for your continued support—we hope to be back soon. ❤️

🔥 Notice to Our Customers

With today's extreme heat and the Canada Day holiday, we've made the decision to close for the day.

Working beside 500° ovens in these conditions is simply too hot to do safely. If the extreme temperatures continue tomorrow, we will remain closed and provide an update.
