Hi Everyone,

As many of you already know, Fotis Fatouros of Pleasant St. Diner passed away on Monday. To attend his funeral service, we will be closed all day tomorrow.

Fotis may have been small in stature, but anyone who knew him knows that he was a giant of a man.

His kindness was unmatched, and his generosity sincere.

His hospitality was legendary, and his star brightened Dartmouth for decades.

At home, my uncle was a caring husband, father, grandfather, and father-in-law. He cared deeply for his nieces and nephews and would never miss the chance to express how much he loved us. His only advice was to remain close with family and to keep our love for each other strong. To be there for each other and never lose sight of what mattered most: family.

Barba, I’ll keep my promise to you in my heart and always remember your wish that we respect and love each other no matter what. I know you didn’t want us to be sad but damn this is so hard.

You will forever be in our hearts and will be deeply missed.
