Good Morning Everyone!!! 🤩 I would like to introduce myself. My name is Sandra Eberle. I am the “New Owner” of the Bluenose Mountain Bistro!!! 🎉 I have had possession since June first but due to the passing of my Father, things have not been quite the way I was hoping to open. Today, things are going to change, hours and menu!! 😁 Usually the Bistro is closed Sunday’s and Monday’s. This will no longer be the case. We will be open 7 days a week, 9am-6pm!! Yes, this means we will be serving food at Dinner Time! We will be having Full Menu’s All Day Long!! 🎉 Being that normally we are not open on this day, I figured it would be the best day to show what our Award Winning Food Trailer(On the Way”) has to offer! We will be Opening at 12 Noon today to give Everyone a taste of what we have to offer!! 🎉 We will be open 12-6pm. We will be offering our Award Winning Fish and Chip Dinner, Homemade Burgers, Dry Ribs and Chicken Strip Dinners, Fish Tacos, Assorted Poutines( some say we have some of the best) Chicken Caesar Wraps, 😋 Large Beef Soft Tacos and much, much more!! 🎉 Dirty Soda’s, Ice Cream and all sorts of Baking and Desserts will be coming throughout the week!!! We have lots to offer and there will be many changes, right in the near future!! 🎉🥰🎉I have waited for a place like this for many moons and it tickles my heart to finally be here and do what I am truly meant to do!! ❤️ The regular menu will not be offered today and tomorrow, as our wonderful young cookie has her days off. Perfect timing to introduce my everything else! We will be offering several things off of the old menu and bringing in the New! Very exciting!! 🎉Both will be together on Tuesday!! 🤩🥰🤩 We like to do things as natural as we can! Our Fish is Cod and made with a homemade batter that took me years to find the perfect one, Our Burgers are Handmade, no eggs, crackers or crumbs, real beef straight from the butcher!! I try extremely hard to keep things real! 🎉 We have Homemade Soups everyday and will be offering more of a variety!! As for baking and desserts, at the moment there is little variety and that is going to changing right away! 🎉 I’m thinking this message is very long 🤣😂🤣 So much more to say but will leave it for another day! Those who I have met, have made me feel very welcome!! 🤩 Thank you All!! 🥰 To those that have dropped off résumé’s, I greatly appreciate you all, I will be looking at them all in the next couple of day!!
