Dear amigos!

I am writting this post because I am a bit sad/mad!! we had a couple of customers that wrote a reviews saying we have sell them rotten/spoiled pupusas which is not true, I think it was their first time trying pupusas!!
They called us right away, we talk to them on the phone and explained them why the strong stinky and delicious flavour of the Pupusa, they say ok that makes sense, but now they go on social media and gave us a nasty review, I am so offended and so sad!! We are so proud of our food and never will sell you all rotten food, we are far from being perfect, we make mistakes but we try our best to fix and take responsibility when we make mistakes Lord knows we do, but those customers wow!! Really!! so disappointed, we talk and explain to them, and was not enough, those two customers should do their research about pupusas before posting on social media bad reviews about our pupusas!!

If you go to a ethnic restaurant to try something new, and you don’t like it, is not the restaurant fault don’t go and write a nasty review on social media, that food is not for you, but it’s the best for someone else, respect, food is a blessing!!

If you are a pupusa lover, will know that the mix has a strong smelll which is not bad if you like strong cheeses but if you don’t you will not like it of course it will offend you, because of the strong ingredients like like Parmesan, Monterrey, feta. mozzarella cheeses, pork (chicharrón)onions, garlic, tomatoes, touch of Apple vinagre, refried beans, tomatoes orégano, cummins, green peppers, dry apices and so much more, all together put inside a corn flour dough call masa, rolled and flat it as a tortilla or pancake then grill it on the comal (flat grilled) comes out as a stinky but delicious smell and teste, a delicious explosion in your mouth when you eat them if you never had a pupusa and is your first time it’s a surprise, I guarantee you, you either like it or not, any one that have try them knows what I am talking about!!
