🥨THE BAKERY COLLECTION 🥨

Fall 2026 is here! This collection is all about the warm spices, gooey caramel, fudgy chocolate and yummy bakery favourites, reimagined as bonbons.

The Bakery Collection:

🥐 Cinnamon Bun
🍰 Salted Caramel Cheesecake
🍫 Fudgy Brownie
🥨 Salted Pretzel
🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookie
🤍 Oatmeal Cream Pie

Six flavours inspired by the things you’d hope to find at your favourite bakery…in chocolate form.

The Bakery Collection launches Friday, October 16 at 10 AM MST on our website.

Fall Collection Production: Part One 🍂🍫

I stared today with what I call the “make ahead fillings” these are the components of the fillings that need more time to cool, set or need adjusting before they go in!

I also decided to make this entire collection gluten friendly! I swapped in gluten free pretzels and cookies. Chocolate makes it SO easy. There’s absolutely no difference in the flavour or texture of the finished fillings.

And my Thermomix?! 😍 I’ve never used another machine that can turn cookies and pretzels into such incredibly fine crumbs, so quickly. I love this thing. Thermomix Canada

I’m getting SO excited to show you what I’m working on and I’ll be revealing the theme for this collection very soon. 👀🍁
