This is how we make our unique Fugazzeta — an Argentinian icon 🇦🇷🍕

From hand-stretched dough to the final slice in the box, every step is built with intention. Slow-cooked golden onions over a generous layer of provolone, parmesan, and fior di latte mozzarella… finished in the fire until perfectly blistered. Right before the cut, we finish it with a touch of oregano on top.

This one’s especially close to Fernando’s heart — the pizzaiolo’s favourite. 🔥
