The Great Hot Chocolate Path 🍫 ❄️
Starting this Sunday for the month of February we’re participating in the Great Hot Chocolate Path with over 10 other local businesses! A month full of delicious hot chocolate creations!
Our special drink will be a Banana Cream Hot Chocolate! Housemade chocolate banana syrup, banana whipped cream, steamed milk and banana chips on top.

Orange Cardamom Mocha 🍊
Our first seasonal drink of 2026 has arrived! We’re bringing back one of last years favourites with a twist. Made with housemade chocolate syrup infused with cardamom and orange, a double shot of espresso, and steamed milk. It’s the perfect drink to kick off the new year and stay warm during the winter!

In partnership with we will start offering bagels and cream cheese and bagel tartines on our food menu!
Including the Smoked Salmon Tartine.
Your choice of freshly toasted bagel, lemon & dill cream cheese, red onion, cucumber, smoked salmon and microgreens.
We will be offering bagels from Little Valley every Thursday, Friday and Saturday starting January 23!

Making great Espresso can be hard! If you keep in mind the amount of coffee and time you will start having great results!
Use these parameters as a starting point and experiment from there. Find what you like best in the taste of your espresso and aim for that by adjusting time and amount of coffee.

Our Recipe:
18g coffee (we use our Cultivate Espresso Blend)
26-30 seconds (start time from the moment you press the brew button)
37g out (use a scale under your cup or measuring cup to 37-40ml)
