Yorkie's Bar-B-Que Chicken & Ribs in Cobourg, Ontario, started selling fresh cut fries from our food truck in 1985 and are still well known for them today. Our barbeque restaurant opened in 2014, offering both outdoor seating during those warmer months and takeout options. We provide a seasonal experience, shutting down the Sunday before Christmas and opening back up during the second week of Marc

h. All of our food is homemade and prepared daily. We bake our sandwiches and hot dog buns ourselves and you can taste the difference. Other than the brioche buns for hamburgers, we use homemade style buns for all our sandwiches. Our burgers are handmade fresh every day and our southern fried chicken is all hand-breaded. Everything we do is smoked and cooked in-house from our pulled pork to our chicken, and brisket. Mission Statement: Our goal is to provide consistent quality food each and every time.
