Just like that 🫰it’s Wednesday!

These weeks are flying by, and every one that passes gets us a little closer to our next menu refresh at the end of the month! 🍂

So if you’ve been meaning to stop in for the Caprese Salad, Flatbread, Chicken Taco’s, Fresh Pasta and eventually our Quinoa Bowl… now’s the time! These favourites will all be getting a little fall makeover very soon.

And just like that, 4 of our 5 leagues have wrapped up for the season.

Yesterday our 55+ seniors league played a fun scramble mixer on the course, followed by a delicious lunch and the SWEETEST dessert from our friends at Vandermeer Toyota . 🍰💕

Our 55+ League was one of our fastest-growing leagues this season, welcoming golfers ranging from 56 to 90+! That’s what we love about this group - great golf, new friendships, plenty of laughs and a whole lot of fun.

Every Monday morning from May through September, our golfers kicked off the week together on the course, followed by lunch, conversation and discounted golf. A pretty great way to start a Monday if you ask us!

A HUGE thank you to our convenor Eva, our amazing league sponsor Sweetleaf General and of course, every golfer who joined us week after week.

You made Mondays at The Mill pretty special. 💚

AND WE’RE BACK! 🙌

WOW. What a day yesterday for our Ladies & Men’s wrap-ups! ⛳️

Our kitchen crew deserves a standing ovation 👏 - putting out 217 steaks 🥩 + 85 chicken dinners over the last 24 hours. They are VERY ready to get back to regular service!

The course is OPEN with tee times available all day, and the restaurant is back at it from 11:30am.

The Caesar game will be STRONG. 
The fryers will be HOT. 
And the full menu is ready for you until 4:30pm.

Each year, September 30th marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. 🧡

A day to honour the children who never returned home, Residential School Survivors, and the families and communities who continue to carry their stories.

Once again, we’re proud to offer these beautiful beaded Orange Shirt pins, brought in for us by our local partner, Sweetleaf General.

🧡 $20 per pin
🧡 $10 from every pin will be donated to Alderville Medical Centre, earmarked for mental health initiatives
🧡 We’ll also be donating a percentage of Mill sales on Wednesday, September 30th

You can find the pins in our Restaurant or Proshop, or join us at The Mill for lunch or a round of golf on September 30th.

A small way for our Mill community to come together, remember, listen and support those who continue to be impacted.

As we near the end of our league wrap-ups, we want to take a second to celebrate what REALLY makes our leagues tick… ❤️⛳️
