What a weekend. 🏁
This weekend, Dante’s Delicatessen had the privilege of catering for Tag One Motorsport during the NASCAR Canada weekend at Calabogie Motorsports Park
A huge thank you to Phil and everyone at TAGOne Motorsports for trusting us with your hospitality throughout the weekend. It was a pleasure serving the team and being part of such a professional operation.
I’d also like to recognize our own team. These opportunities only happen because of the people behind the scenes. Thank you to everyone who helped prepare, package, deliver, and serve the meals all weekend.
A special shout-out to Jaélie Bilodeau , who made all of the desserts from scratch. They were a big hit, and her hard work and attention to detail helped make the weekend a success.
Personally, it was an unforgettable experience. I had the opportunity to meet incredible people throughout the paddock, including Ron Tomlinson ( R.W. Tomlinson )whose company has been an inspiration to me for years.
Just a few years ago, Dante’s Delicatessen was a one-person operation. Weekends like this are a reminder of how far we’ve come, and they’re also motivation for where we’re going.
Lastly, thank you to Larry for recommending us to the TAGOne team. Your support means a great deal, and we’re grateful for the opportunity.
