Last year’s cider started with last year’s fruit.

This year’s fruit is already on the tree, quietly doing its thing while we pour what came before it.

That’s the part people don’t always see.

The orchard doesn’t really have an off season.

While you’re enjoying a glass in the courtyard, next year’s harvest is already taking shape a few feet away.

Same trees, same land, just a different chapter.

We’re spending the summer following that chapter.

From the small changes in the orchard week to week, to the work happening behind the scenes, to the people who make this place what it is.

No plan, no problem 🧺

Monday to Friday, you can now walk right in for an Orchard Picnic. No advance booking, no waiting around, just show up and settle into the orchard. Cider tasting, shared charcuterie, a litre of cider to enjoy at your own pace, all in the middle of the trees.

Weekends still need a reservation, so plan ahead if Saturday or Sunday is your day.

Okay we cannot stop talking about Mo’Moro right now. Two medals in and it still feels surreal.

Gold in the Hopped category at the Cidercraft Awards. Silver in Botanical/Hopped at the Northwest Cider Cup. But honestly, the awards are just a bonus. This cider is the whole reason we started dry hopping with Mosaic in the first place. Citrusy, a little funky, blood orange kicked in for good measure. It just works.

We still can’t quite believe it. Three medals from the Northwest Cider Association judged against the best cideries across the whole region.

Gold for Scrumpy in Wood/Oaked. Silver for Mo’Moro in Botanical/Hopped. Bronze for Cowichan Dry in Low-Tannin Dry.

We’re beyond grateful. Only 25% of entrants take home a medal, and to see three of our ciders recognized across three completely different styles means the world to us.

This is our second win this month too, after Cidercraft Awards last month. We’re still pinching ourselves over here.

None of this happens without the hands that tend the orchard, run the press, and keep this whole operation going year after year. Thank you doesn’t feel like enough, but it’s where we’ll start.

Come taste what the fuss is about. Pull up to the farm and try all three for yourself, or grab them at your local private liquor store.
