Join us for a delicious Pulled Pork on a Bun dinner on Friday, August 14th to celebrate the opening of the 2026 Bayfield Fair. The Bayfield Agricultural Society is marking 170 years in the community and Bayfield is celebrating its 150th anniversary, so this year is extra special!

Your dinner will include pulled pork on a bun, roasted potatoes, corn on the cob, pasta salad, coleslaw, tart or cookie for dessert, and a drink, all catered by White Carnation Banquet Hall & Catering. The White Carnation is well known throughout Huron County for its exceptional catering and Sunday dinner buffets.

Dine with us on the patio at Bayfield Agricultural Park and enjoy the toe-tapping, Rockabilly-style music of Jason and The Nomads. Takeout dinners are also available.

Plan to stay afterwards for the Man vs Machine Tug of War at 8:00 pm and the annual Fireworks presentation at 9:00 pm.

The BBQ is getting fired up tomorrow and estimated time of Ribs coming off will be just in time for lunch at 12pm! We will be serving until 6pm.
