Welp, IT'S PASTA! Orecchiette is a small, dome-shaped pasta from southern Italy and it literally translates to "little ears" (for it's shape)

It's very classically made with broccoli rabe, so we've gone with a twist using grilled broccolini + chili butter sauce 🔥 Come give it a try!
