Welll... Looks like it's a go... So here is dinner for tonight 😁 The AF Market.. You asked.. I shall deliver . Sticky pork salad. Jasmine rice, topped with
bc Iceberg lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and a ginger and garlic spiced caramelized pork. It's not terrible 😝

Sorry about the radio silence lol.. We decided to go a little different route to start this season. I have been doing more corporate events and private parties.

You can find us almost every Wednesday night (I say almost because unfortunately this week's is wisely cancelled, too hot and Smokey) but back in full swing next Wednesday.

You will find us this weekend at the Fairfield Island for a baseball tournament.

I have more public events coming up. Which I will post about ahead of time.. I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weather.

Three years now, and this view out my window never gets old. There's something special about this place — the families, the community, the competitive spirit, and watching these kids come into their own as racers. Grateful to be part of it. .
