Check out the rib fest in Chilliwack! So glad that bbq is getting a good following!

Here are my ratings first to last (top 3 are all worthy!
Pork ribs.
1. Gator bbq
2. Prairie smoke
3. Boss hog
4. Dem bones (sauce was meh cook was meh. They need some more practice lol)
(We didn’t try gorilla as we couldn’t carry any more lol)

The difference between 1 and 2 was 1 had a bit more charcoal flavor on it and they were just a bit tighter on the bone.

Beef ribs
1. Prairie smoke
2. Boss hog

We only tried 2. It was the sauce that got Praire smoke (I would buy their sauce and you can!)

Sarah said boss hogs corn bread is killer.

Get out there and eat some ribs! 🤤🤤

I will commence my comatose Friday night now! Lol

Hey folks I am traveling to Ontario on Wednesday for work ( my real work lol) so the website will be off for ordering for a week or so. Get your orders in be for I am gone! I fly Wednesday! Oh I am renovating a house tomorrow too so limited times available for Pick up! Lol.
