A huge **THANK YOU** to everyone who came out and showed their support for the debut of our **Ozarks Smokehouse & Poutine House Food Truck** at the **Agassiz Fall Fair!**

We couldn’t have asked for a better first event.

🔥 **Nearly 400 patrons served!** 🔥

We cooked, we served, we laughed, and most importantly, we had the chance to meet so many of you. Seeing familiar faces from the Ozarks Boathouse, meeting new customers, and watching people enjoy our BBQ and poutines made the day incredibly special.

A very special thank you to the **Agassiz Agricultural & Horticultural Association and everyone behind the Agassiz Fall Fair** for putting together such an amazing community event. The amount of work that goes into making a fair like this happen does not go unnoticed — we were grateful to be a part of it.

And to everyone who stopped by our truck, waited in line, tried something new, told a friend about us, or simply came over to say hello:
