Class Clown Carla - Hefeweizen. She was part of SK's first patio season, and we haven't stopped thinking about her since.

Meet Carla - the only one from your old improv troupe who actually made it as a stand-up. Quick on her feet and impossible to rattle, she can recover from a bomb joke, win back a tough room, and somehow leave the heckler looking like the punchline.

This classic German-style Hefeweizen has a light haze, pillowy mouthfeel, and dry, spritzy finish. The signature banana and clove notes are yeast-driven, a hallmark of the style and part of what makes it so distinctive. Refreshing, expressive, and built for summer.
