First time ever. Today's special is vegetarian stir fry. Two variations if you want to add meat, chicken stir fry and beef stir fry.

The word is out and we are the beneficiaries.
Support your local businesses. That has been the message. Hair Dressers, restaurants, artists, craft people, people in the trades of carpentry, plumbing, landscaping, auto service, all these local businesses, these small businesses need your support.
The numbers are simple. If you buy something, a thing, half the money leaves the country. If you spend your money on a locally owned business, particularly those businesses in the service industry, the money hangs around a lot longer.
Small businesses were responsible for 67.5% of new growth between 2013 and 2017. That is a couple of years back but things haven't changed very much.
It takes three to five years to build a sustainable business. To replace and rebuild all those local businesses which go down during this pandemic will take ambitious entrepreneurs a long time and a lot of work to bring the local goods and services back. As well as local employment. Small business provide 64% of all new jobs.
The Stretch Diner has been very lucky, thus far, to have had support from near and far throughout the pandemic. Thank you all.
