Spring is in the air, and with it comes the promise of warmer weather, blooming flowers, and of course, delicious fresh baked goods. If you're in the mood for something sweet and satisfying today, why not treat yourself to a slice of carrot cake roulade or a Portuguese tart?

Carrot cake roulade is a unique twist on the classic carrot cake, featuring a light and fluffy sponge cake with lots of carrot rolled up with a frosting cream cheese filling. It's the perfect treat for springtime!
