The guys from the Barnstormers stopped by for one last visit before heading home for the season. It was a real pleasure getting to know them and watching them play this year. I’m very grateful Forever Steeped got to be a small part of their time here in Chatham.

I recently had the pleasure of creating 162 custom Peaceful Pause tea gift sets for Mainstreet Credit Union, complete with a custom loose leaf blend, reusable infuser and brewing guide.

We’ve just added Cutting Chai from The Chai Brewing Company in Toronto to the shelves at Forever Steeped!

A bold, aromatic chai made with:

Black Tea • Ginger • Cardamom • Fennel • Black Pepper • Lemongrass • Rose Petals

This is a beautiful traditional style chai with plenty of warming spice, a little peppery kick, and a fragrant finish from the lemongrass and rose.

For the full experience, simmer it on the stove with milk and add a little sugar or honey. ☕️

We've brought in a beautiful Japanese Matcha, and after testing it in our lattes, I couldn't be happier with it.

Bright, vibrant green with a smooth, creamy flavour that stands up beautifully to milk without becoming harsh or overly bitter.

Whisked fresh for every drink and absolutely gorgeous over ice.

🍵 A little piece of Pu’erh history has arrived at Forever Steeped!

This beautiful Yiwu Golden Bud Ripe Pu’erh was produced in Yunnan, China in August 2013, making it nearly 13 years old.

Over the years, ripe pu’erh develops into an incredibly smooth, deep and mellow tea, with rich earthy, woody and naturally sweet notes. Unlike most loose leaf teas, properly stored pu’erh can continue to mature with age.

Each traditional pressed cake is 357g and comes beautifully presented in its own gift box.
And the best part?

Days 2 in Stratford was full of fresh air, lots to see and do. I had the Stratford Festival archives and warehouse tour. Then it was off to the festival theater to see Something Rotten!

Day 3 has just started but ive already drank the most amazing cup of coffee.

Off to Kitchener Waterloo later for one more night away.
