This Double Chocolate Zucchini Cake recipe was handwritten so beautifully by my grandma and passed down to me. I tweaked it a bit to suit a loaf and called it “Chocolate Zucchini Loaf” 🥒
—Freshly grated zucchinis makes it extremely moist, while (dairy free) dark chocolate makes it decadent.
