PEI Seafood Volcano is a combination of Chinese traditional dry pot and PEI local seafood. It perfectly combines the numb and spicy taste of Chinese dry pot with the top fresh and delicious seafood. The main ingredient is lobster, island blue mussels, or shrimps from morning’s catch on PEI. The side ingredients are fresh local produce, including potato, lotus root, tofu skin, black fungus, and cucumber.
