“Vacation in a cup” 🍍🥥🌴

When I told my friends I was going to make a Pinacolada flavour dessert cup, they were not too crazy about the idea.. fast forward to when they actually tried it and absolutely LOVED IT.

It’s now become a favourite and it’s here to stay!!

This coconut Raffaello cake was such a hit at a communion we attended!
