It’s Food Truck Friday friends!!

We’ve got a busy weekend ahead of us catering wise!

Today team 1 will head to the Kanata Craft B**r Festival while team 2 holds down the truck for service and takes care of a wedding party pick up in the afternoon!

Saturday team 1 will continue and finish off the Kanata Craft B**r Festival while team 2 heads to beckwith for the Cavanagh Fun Fair!
We will be closed at the truck to staff both these events.

Sunday is my father’s celebration of life from 1pm- whenever! We will be closed at the truck.
If you knew Mike at all and want to share some memories or even if you only know us and want to show your support, it’s open invite so stop in at any point :)

It’s Food Truck Friday friends!!

What a perfect way to start off the long weekend ☀️ 🌮 🍻

Fun fact! This is the first weekend since April that we haven’t had multiple catering gigs on the go!
Pretty proud of our team and how far we’ve came :)
But don’t worry next weekend is one of our biggest and busiest catering weekends of the entire season 💪

For a feature this weekend we have a few portions of our stuffed poblano pepper available again!!

Fresh, locally grown produce with our twist on it.
Slightly spicy balanced with a creamy smooth filling and bursting with flavour, if you’re looking for something a little different then this one’s for you!!

WOW!! You guys showed up in full force yesterday for the Rock the Pantry fundraiser for lanarkcountyfoodbank!!

A huge thank you to Julie Yvonne Poulin and Peter David Porteous for everything they did to organize this event and make it come to life! We appreciate you having us be apart of it!

And ofcourse a special thank you to all the volunteers, bands, and everyone who donated their time to help the event run as smoothly as it did!

We’re still tallying our final numbers but by rough estimate we pushed out over $2500 dollars worth of food and brought in about another $1000 in cash donations!

You guys blew us away with your generosity, we were not expecting that and we couldn’t be more proud to be part of this community!!

Looking forward to the next one!!

Until then, back to business as usual at the truck today!

Today we’re doing something special!!

We’re fundraising with Rock the Pantry for lanarkcountyfoodbank!
Catch us at the Carleton Place Legion from 5-9 rocking out and handing out FREE food!

Yeah you read that right, we’re donating the cost of every meal we serve this evening to help raise funds for our communities food bank!

We’re stoked to be a part of this event and to have the opportunity to give back to our community!

We’ll have fresh made chicken Caesar wraps and hot pulled pork sandwiches available! Even if you’re not hungry grab one to take home for later and help support this beautiful cause!

Truck service will be on as usual from 11-7 today aswell!

It’s Food truck Friday friends!!

On special this weekend we have a smoked & stuffed poblano pepper!

Fresh locally grown poblano pepper stuffed with house made potato salad and smoked to the perfect char.
Served on a bed of fluffy white rice and topped with our house made cauliflower queso, green onions and a spicy chili verde made from locally grown green chilis, jalapeños and Hungarian wax peppers.

$12 each and GF/DF standard!

We also have 1 cup or 1 litres of potato salad available for purchase

Available while supplies last!
