Cardigan Lobster Suppers Cardigan Lobster Suppers specializes in lobster and other seafood. All meals are home made, using local produce. We are licensed and have 2 large decks.

Along with the rest of PEI, we are celebrating the birth of Confederation this year. We have memorabilia from three John A. Macdonalds - the first PM of course, and Senator John A. Macdonald and MP John A. Macdonald (the present owner's grandfather and father). We also showcase the ship building business of Senator John A. Macdonald through old photos, our 50 foot mural, and a stained glass piece

commemorating the tall ships. We serve a sit down lobster supper - no need to go get your food from a buffet, we bring everything to you! Our seafood chowder is "all you can eat", the other 4 courses (salad with home made dressing, steamed Island Blue mussels, lobster with fresh veg and dessert) are single serve. By the time you are finished all 5 courses, you are very full!!. We have many other great menu choices - steak, chicken, pasta, vegetarian, shell fish and other seafood. There is a wide selection of wine, beer and cocktails to chose from, including some of our favorite Prince Edward Island specials.

It’s that time of year again folks- we’re looking for dedicated staff to join our team at Cardigan Lobster Suppers and The 1888 Pub! The following positions are available:

- Cooks: $20+/hr, experience required, full time
- Servers: $16/hr, no experience required, full and part time open
- Dishwasher: $16/hr, no experience required, full or part time
