Our feature espresso today is from the Cajamarca region of Peru. Carlos Vega’s attention to quality is clearly evident in this washed Bourbon. Bright and bold flavour with lemon and sweet pear candy and a hint of spice! We also have a great tasting hand pie with classic Peruvian influence…Peruvian Pork Adobo Stew! A new espresso blend is being served at our cafe in Carbonear this weekend. Espresso Suave…chocolate, sweet fruit jam, and a great full, creamy body. A blend of Brazilian beans from small private farms with outstanding quality. Be sure to drop by this weekend and check out that flavour! Also on the menu today is the return of a great hand pie. A take on the famous French stew Coq au Vin!
