Hello everyone,

We want to take a moment and thank everyone who has supported our small home custom cake endeavors.

Your support has come through ordering custom cakes or spreading the word about us to your friends and family.

On June 30th, when Canora was struck by a natural disaster, our house was pretty much dead center of the water. Water from the creek behind us rose and took over multiple homes, pushing over 2 feet of water into our basement. Our basement was a fully furnished apartment with all my baking and nail supplies in it.

Needless to say, I lost 90% of my supplies for cakes and nails in the flood, along with a completely gutted basement. Due to this, we are taking a small break to rebuild our home and restock my supplies. We will keep everyone updated as we go. We look forward to creating even more amazing creations this time around. Thank you all for your support, and I hope we can all collaborate together again in the future. Video for reference and it went up to 2 ft. customcakes

Today I finish a new creation. A lady wanted a banana cream pie made into a cake.

So i made a 4 layer sponge cake, with banana custard and sliced bananas between each layer, with a banana filled buttercream for my crumb coat, a Italian meringue buttercream topped with caramelized bananas on top.

This week's challenge.. a client would like us to turn a banana cream pie, into a banana cream cake.

We will also be making extras for selling. We have alloted a week for this. Keep watching to see how we turn a classic into something new and improved

As much as we love making custom cakes for you special occasions, in the future we will also be making high desserts you find at fancy restaurants. We will be posting our creations and prices as we complete them. So keep checking in on our page because we have any special treats coming our way.
