An unforgettable evening of pasta, passion, and collaboration πβ¨
We were thrilled to partner with Banff for an intimate culinary experience that brought together incredible flavors, thoughtful storytelling, and a whole lot of fun.
Guests enjoyed a carefully curated menu featuring:
Mussels on toast, crispy arancini, beef carpaccio, Cacio e Pepe, giant-format Ravioli with braised lamb, delicate Fazzoletti with lobster & shrimp, and a dreamy tiramisu to finish β all paired with beautiful wines π·
Throughout the evening, Chef Joseph shared his inspiration behind the menu, along with his appreciation for both the Canmore Pasta product and the people behind it. Todd from Canmore Pasta also guided guests through the different pasta shapes, sharing insights into how each is crafted β adding a truly personal and educational touch to the experience.
