Paella - originated in Valencia, Spain.
Today we went to the only spot in Spain where they grow the Rice for Valencian Paella.

The traditional Valencian Paella is made with Rabbit and Chicken as seen here.
The Rabbit shreds easily with a fork and the Chicken is tender.

What a treat on our last day in Spain!

This was the oldest trick in the book.
No metal pots to strain the fryer - use a pickle bucket, they said..
The oil was too hot and melted the bucket 🤣🤣So, here I was, for 30 minutes on the scramble trying to clean up.

Working in kitchens will teach you life lessons you will not forget..
This trick taught me - do not trust anyone!
