​The time has officially come! We are dropping our very first pre-order dinner menu and dessert options, and we couldn’t be more excited.

🎉​Ryan and I are bringing our passion for creating tasty comfort food and incredible baked goods straight to the community. We’ll be dropping rotating menus, so you can pick and choose exactly what you like, fill out the form, and let us take care of the rest!

Big news, friends! Copper & Clove is making dinner time a whole lot easier. 🍲🎉

​We’re bringing our catering straight to the community through an exciting new partnership with the Canfield Community Centre (50 Talbot Rd, Haldimand)!
​Skip the meal planning, keep the kitchen cool, and leave the dishes to us.

​👉 Here’s the scoop:
We’ll be dropping a rotating menu and pre-order form right here on our page weeks before each pickup. All preparation and pickup will happen right out of Canfield’s Community Centre

Today’s cake is for my sister. Happy Birthday, Kristy! 🍓🍋

​Strawberry & lemon is such a great summery flavor combo. This one has two layers of strawberry cake and two layers of lemon cake, packed with fresh strawberries, a cookie crumble coating, and vanilla buttercream.

​I may not be able to do delicate detailing yet, but I can definitely bake you one tasty cake! 🎂✨

​We’re talking 4 layers of decadent chocolate cake, 2 layers of chocolate mousse, and a crowning glory of chocolate frosting and espresso-infused chocolate ganache.

🌸 Mother’s Day Magic at Purple Haven Lavender Farm 🌸

​Today was a dream! I had the absolute pleasure of catering the first High Tea of the season for the Mother’s Day event at the farm. There is nothing quite like the scent of lavender in the air to set the perfect mood for a celebration.
