Calling all BBQ/Smokers/Charcoal Contestants
Sept 16th, Sat @ 11:00am-4:00pm
@ The Flats RV

-you must cook onsite your signature item, the one you are famous for and then you will receive a mystery item from us..
-you need to prepare and cook both items..
-scoring format will be a combined score of both your item and the mystery item..
-Mystery item will be made available to contestants 1 week prior on Sept 9th, 10th @ Base Camp Coffee Shop from 8:00am-2:00pm and also Monday Sept 11th @ The Flats RV from 7:00am-7:00pm....
-Electricity will be available onsite for electric smokers..
