We talk a lot about what goes on top of our pizzas, but today we want to shine a light on the foundation. Great pizza starts with an exceptional crust, and that is exactly why we use specialty flour from True Grain for our house made dough.

Everything they mill is 100% organic and farmed right here in British Columbia. They freshly stone mill their grains, meaning there are no hidden conditioners or preservatives in the mix. It is a completely sustainable process that goes straight from the BC farmer to the miller, and then right to our kitchen.
