What an incredible week, and what a way to kick off the summer!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to all the amazing guests we had the pleasure of serving this week. From familiar faces, to new faces, to old friends stopping back in for a visit — every one of you made this week truly special.

Our new menu has been an incredible success, and Chef Aidan and the kitchen crew have been absolutely glowing from all the wonderful feedback. Seeing our food enjoyed by such kind, humble people puts a real pep in our step and reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

We've been working tirelessly behind the scenes to make this journey something special, and the support we've received has exceeded anything we could have imagined. Our family and our incredible team are deeply grateful for the warmth, encouragement, and kindness you've shown us throughout this whirlwind adventure.

Thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and allowing us to share a little piece of our culture and passion with you.

So many of you have been asking for more opportunities to enjoy Choun Kitchen, and we're excited to announce our updated hours, including Tuesday evenings from 4 PM – 8 PM!
