Want to thank everyone that came out and crushed some Texas style barbecue this past Sunday! Without you beautiful people in the line up, I couldn’t do what I love!

As always, huge shoutout to my brisket slinging crew of Teo, Beans, Eli, Craig and my commander-in-chief Sam!

Thanks again to the crew from .line, and for stopping in and chewing the fat.

This Sunday we have smoked/live fire wings for SuperBowl Sunday with an amazing Wing & Beer deal.

You seasoned BBQ lovers know how it works! Get here early to get your place in line for some of this white oak smoked proteins from the Texan Gods! We’ll have brisket, pork spare ribs, house-made sausages, turkey breast, coleslaw, smoked potato salad, Texas Banana pudding just to name a few!

Attention All BBQ Fans!!!

We at Jessies’s Q Barbecue are looking to set up shop at a new certified kitchen in the Guelph area. Fully insured, Food handler certified and trained in Texas. Only looking for a certified kitchen 2 weekends out of the month.

Let us know if some of your favourite places are looking to get a little Texas BBQ in their life!

Location doesn’t have to serve alcohol or be in Guelph. Could be a coffee shop, bakery, even a church ( Praise Baby Brisket!)

We just need allotted room to have our 500 gallon smoker at the same facility as the certified kitchen.

Let Jessie’s Q Barbecue Do The Christmas Cooking For You This Year! No Better Time Then Now To Pre-Order. We will be cooking up all your smoked meat favourites with a few extras this year. Brisket, ribs, turkey breast, cold smoked sausages and this year we will be offering cold smoked trout and coho/sockeye salmon filets. Wagyu briskets available, DM for pricing. Pre-order now to beat the rush and have your Christmas dinner all ready to go! All proteins will be vacuum sealed with easy step by step (NKOTHB) reheating instructions. No need for a chaotic kitchen when it comes to Xmas time this year.
Bbq and mustard sauce available upon request.
We will be taking pre-orders up until December 13th at 5:00pm as the shut off. So order now! Pick up will be at location in Hamilton.

We hope you choose Jessies’s Q Barbecue for all your Xmas meal needs this year. Santa and Mrs. Clause would approve!
