Job description:
Assists with preparation and delivery of food and related services. Ensure that customers are serviced in a courteous, accurate, timely manner, by preparing menu items while maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Daily pre-preparation and ex*****on as per chef’s instructions
• Serve customer orders in a clean, timely, attentive and friendly manner for both catering and take out
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store and kitchen
• Wash dishes
• Organize the store and kitchen
• Manage inventory of the store
• Check stock on hand and prep levels daily, ensuring high quality of food, as well as, executing as per specifications.
• Address customer questions and/or concerns in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner
• Keep up to date on food handling policies, practices, emails and postings
• Assist the Chef in food choices, client presentations, and menu design
Requirement:
- Canadian passport / Work Permit / Permanent Residence
- 1-2 Years of experience working in Kerala restaurants
- Valid Driver’s Licence
Salary: Based on skills and experience
