It's been a minute but we got some
Big news!

You can now catch us at our new food truck, Doc MacCheesey, located at 31 Kingsbury Drive in Kitchener behind the medical center

We're serving up delicious mac and cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches along with fresh salads and a breakfast menu until 11 am

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Now that I am officially a bachelor and have lots of free tine it's time to continue this dream. FAT BACHELOR is back on the table. .Once again if you have any stories or pics you'd like to share feel free to dm me here Todd Johns

Wuddup Yall

It's been a minute since I've updated or even looked at this page. Some health problems and personal issues have kept me away but I have some news I'd like to share. I'm still long winded so bare with me here lol

Those who know me know I have led an.... interesting life, including some impulsive and rash decisions

Lots of weird random experiences both in and out the restaurant world (a punk band called Frank Dux actually has a song called Wuddup Todd lol)

Anyway, it's time I got pen to paper and finished this pipe dream of a cook book I wanted to put out.

The working title I like so far is FAT BACHELOR

I'm thinking for the cover a pic of me from the back but only wearing a bbq apron standing in front of a smoking stove

But cheeks all exposed and a big CENSORED sticker covering whats burning in the oven

In the mean time, this is the book I'll be writing everything in.

This morning Todd got soaked while visiting our friends at The Humble Harvest to grab some fresh sweet corn for our version of Elotes

We will not be at the Preston Towne (Farmers) Market due to the earlier weather but Elotes are available for patio dining or takeout while supplies last.

(I know I know, the rain has stopped and it's looking like a beautiful day out now but unfortunately I had to make a decision quickly and plan accordingly)
