So this morning I decided to look on yelp with the latest review on Katz Imaging Custom Cakes ......and I am going to share one of the most amazing review that brought me to tears.......thank you thank you thank you for the review and allowing me to create your cake :)

I actually don't even know how to thank Kathy enough for the amazing cake that she made for my sister's birthday!
I'm aware that custom cakes can be quite expensive and I was compromising A LOT (colours, flavours, size) with other expensive companies and in the end, I might as well have just gone to Fortino's and gotten a cheaper cake that looked just like how they'd make it.
Kathy not only has an endless list of the kinds of flavours she has but has many options for what she is able to make besides cakes. She replies quickly, is very flexible and determined to work with whatever you want and aims to work with what you'd like, as well as your budget; I didn't think she was able to make what I wanted, let alone what I wanted within my budget but she took it on and today was proof of her amazing talents!
I really thought that it might be too good to be true...someone making a cake exactly as I wanted for a great price, so naturally I was a bit skeptical and would message her pretty much weekly for about 2.5 months and regardless of how annoying that must have been for her, she replied confidently and promptly. But after today, I can't even believe I doubted it all in the first place! Kathy is such a friendly woman and the cake was just exceptional, both in looks and taste.
This review doesn't do much justice, you just have to work with Kathy yourself to truly understand what I'm rambling about.
All in all, great EVERYTHING and I most definitely will be working with Kathy again :)
