Lemon Squeeze & Sweets

What a way to spend a Sunday!! 🥞🍋✨

Last weekend we had the chance to be part of the very first Brantford Sports Expo, and we had such a great time serving up fresh mini pancakes, handcrafted lemonade, and all the Lemon Squeeze & Sweets goodness. 💛

One of the amazing event helpers even captured this little behind-the-scenes moment of us making her order — and honestly, we love it so much because this is exactly what we love about doing events.

The conversations. The laughs. Making everything fresh right in front of you. Watching a simple order turn into one very happy customer. 🥹

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried us for the first time, came back for another treat, or just took a minute to chat with us.

And a huge thank you to the Brantford Sports Expo team for having us at your very first event. We’re so happy we got to be part of it. 🥰

Fresh pancakes. Cold lemonade. Great people. Pretty amazing day.

She grew. The stand grew. The dream grew.

From a little lemonade stand to Lemon Squeeze & Sweets.

Ten years of trying, learning, changing, growing — and never really knowing where that little stand might take us.

Still growing. Still dreaming. Still unstoppable.

🥹💛 WE’VE BEEN NOMINATED!

We’re so excited to share that Lemon Squeeze & Sweets has started receiving nominations for the 2027 Canadian Choice Award in the Catering Services category for Cambridge! 🥞🍋✨

What started years ago as a little lemonade stand has grown into markets, private events, community events and so many opportunities we never could have imagined.

One of the things that means the most to us is being able to show other kids and teens that you don’t have to wait until you’re an adult to start something of your own. A small idea, some creativity and a whole lot of hard work can grow into something pretty amazing. 💛

We hope Alexis’s journey encourages other young entrepreneurs and families to take their ideas seriously, try something new and see where it takes them.

We’re not an Official Nominee just yet though! Businesses receiving strong community support move forward, so every nomination helps.

If you’ve tried our mini pancakes or lemonades, booked us for an event, visited us at a market, followed along online, or simply love supporting a young local entrepreneur, we would be incredibly grateful if you took a moment to nominate us. 💗

⭐ Nominate Lemon Squeeze & Sweets here:

https://canadianchoiceaward.ca/nominations/?shareurl=9Dsj99BDdMqloWrO21Ha

Nominations are open until October 31st.

Thank you for every purchase, share, recommendation, kind word and bit of encouragement. Our community has played such a huge part in helping Lemon Squeeze & Sweets grow, and we are so grateful. 🥹🍋🥞

And if there’s a young person in your life with a big idea — encourage them. You never know what that little idea might become. 💛

Meet the Squeeze Team 🍋🩷

If you’ve been following Lemon Squeeze & Sweets for a while, you probably already know there’s a pretty special story behind this little business. But let's take a moment to introduce us!

Meet Alexis — Original Squeeze. 🥰
What started as her little lemonade stand back in 2016 has grown into something neither of us could have imagined at the time. From lemonade and fresh baked cookies at the end of the driveway to mini pancakes, markets, private events and special occasions… she’s the reason Lemon Squeeze & Sweets exists in the first place. 🥰🥹

Meet Jody — Mama Squeeze .😂🩷
The one behind a whole lot of the planning, prepping, shopping, designing, organizing, late-night ideas and, of course, helping bring it all to life at events.

Some days you’ll see both of us behind the stand, and sometimes you’ll catch just one of us — but either way, there’s a whole lot of family, hard work and love behind every event we do.

We’re still growing, still learning and still figuring out where this little business might take us… but we’re pretty proud of how far it’s already come.

So if we haven’t met you yet — HI!! We’re the Squeeze Team. 🍋🩷
