The Role
A hands-on leadership position working closely with our Head Chef. You’ll drive consistency, mentor a dedicated team, collaborate on seasonal menus, and grow alongside us. We invest in people who invest in the craft.
You Bring
— 3+ years as a Sous Chef or BOH Manager in a high-volume, high-calibre kitchen
— Experience from acclaimed restaurants (Canada’s 100 Best, Michelin-recognized kitchens, or stage experience abroad is an asset)
— A love for seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking
— Strong instincts for leading and supporting a team
— Open availability
