For one night only, Mille becomes Venezia. Candlelight glimmers on every table. A live soprano’s voice fills the room, floating over conversation and clinking glass. Five carefully composed courses arrive slowly — each a love letter to the Veneto.

Well I've waited 20 years to come see my favorite w**ery Cantine Lunae and it did not disappoint. Something truly special about a personal tour with Michele Gianazza and drinking w**e where it's made...the town of Sarzana is unforgettable. The food...best I've had in Italy yet.. The grounds at Lvnae are incredible... just blown away. Day two... well we will see what's to come .. but I'm positive it will be worth the post... Grazie Mille

Pollo Milanese is her favourite dish at Mille, and once you try it, you’ll understand why. Crispy golden chicken on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, finished with sweet-sour cherry vine tomatoes that bring the whole plate to life.

Meet Luke, our new Bar Manager & AGM at Mille.

We’re so excited to welcome Luke to the Mille family!

Luke has been in hospitality for nearly 10 years, and for him it’s always been about the people: the regulars he gets to know and the community that grows around a good bar. Whether it’s through service, food or a cocktail, he loves giving every guest a real experience.

Before joining us, Luke worked behind the bar at Business & Pleasure, one of Calgary’s best cocktail bars, where he sharpened his craft. That led him to cocktail competitions locally, nationally, and all the way to China! Competing gave him a deep love for building thoughtful cocktails, creating menus and developing his own style and approach to flavour.

Now he’s bringing that passion to Mille, building new menus and meeting new guests alongside our team. We can’t wait for you to meet him.
