March Pizza of the Month - Beef & Tabbouleh! 🍕🥩

If you’ve never had tabbouleh, it’s a fresh mix of parsley, tomato, lemon and olive oil. Nice and bright. We make it in house and decided to put it on a pizza!

Olive oil and crushed garlic on the base, seasoned beef, mozzarella, onions, then a good scoop of that fresh tabbouleh. As soon as it comes out of the oven, we finish it with feta while it’s still hot.

It’s savoury, a little fresh, a little different. Come try it this month only at De Minico's!

For December, we’ve brought together smoked ham, provolone, our homemade Italian salsa verde, and plenty of mozzarella to create one last De Minico’s original before we take a little holiday break. ❤️

This festive pie is only available until December 24th! After that, we’ll be closing for two weeks to spend time with our families and recharge for the new year.

We’ve been lucky to work with some amazing folks over the years, helping raise money for schools, dance groups, and community causes right here in Calgary. Working with the Calgary Italian Dancers to St. Bede School and the JDRF Walk, it’s been a real joy seeing everyone come together over good food and a good cause!

If your group or school is looking for a way to raise some funds, we’d be happy to help. Our pizzas and other products have been a hit at every fundraiser, and it’s a great way to support local while bringing people together. ❤️

We start with our house-made creamy chicken base, add tender chicken, carrots, peas and a sprinkle of herbs, then top it all with mozzarella and a flaky golden crust edge that tastes like home.

🍅 We would like to thank for the unforgettable experience on the tomato farm/processing plant and olive oil tour. Special thanks to Jeff for showing us around and treating us like family.

Standing on the earth where the tomatoes are grown, seeing the processing, and what it takes to produce a can of fresh packed tomatoes gives us a greater appreciation for everyone involved.
