Kabuku Aspen 10年間の営業を４月３０日をもちまして閉店する運びとなりました。
長きにわたるご支援に心より感謝申し上げます。
たくさんの来店者の笑顔、そしてコロナ禍のおり、テイクアウトでお店を支えてくれた皆様、大変勇気づけられました。
楽しい事も苦しい事も、全てが私の素晴らしい経験になりました。

今まで本当にありがとうございました。

After 10 special years as a part of this community, Kabuku Aspen is now closed as of April 30, 2023. It has been our honor to have served many Calgarians over these years. We are grateful that you have supported our business.

We will treasure the wonderful memories that you have created with us. Thank you again for your support!

I’m crying tears of joy tonight.

Just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to my family, friends, and most of all our valued customers who have been supporting us through this tough times!

I have to say it is very hard for me to hold back the urge to shake the hands, and to hug the guests who have been giving me continuous support and encouragement. We will keep going, and we will ride this through.

In the mean time, we will continue to serve the same food with the same quality and passion.

今夜も嬉しい悲鳴でした。
友達に、家族に、そしてお客様にかなりやられた(助けられた)１日でした。
毎度毎度、感謝です。
マスクして、息切らして走って作って、やってるのになかなか痩せないのはなぜ？
５月１５日からテイクアウトだけじゃなく、Walk inのお客様も少しずつですが営業していいと言う事なのでそれまでいい環境を整えられたらと思います。
握手が好き、ハグが好きな私にとってはとても辛い時期ですが、今後も多少距離を置きながらカブクの料理を安全に提供していく事に全力を注ぎます。

とても、激しく忙しかった金曜日の夜。テイクアウトだけでヘトヘトです。いつもながら地元のお客様に助けられております。感謝、感謝。本当にありがとうございます。明日は4時よりしっかりと仕込みをして準備を致しますので、今夜断わったお客様、心よりお待ちしております。

We ask customers to call ahead of time (45 - 1 hour prior to pick up) when ordering as we are currently short staffed.

We again thank you for continuing to support our restaurant even during these difficult times. We hope everyone is safe and healthy.

We will be open at 4pm to 8pm tomorrow.

We will be change our open hours.
Wednesday to Friday
1pm to 8pm
Saturday to Sunday
4pm to 8pm
Monday and Tuesday close.

Now we have a pick up special
For 3 course meal.
You can pick one of our appetizers Sushi sashimi and couple rolls.
Chocolate mousse for deserts.
